Product Description
- The FAZ II Plus Wedge Anchor is approved for cracked and non-cracked concrete C20/25 to C50/60. It is also suitable for concrete C12/15, concrete C80/95, solid sand-lime brick (expert opinion available in each case) and steel fiber concrete (aBG available).
- The FAZ II Plus is versatile and can be used for the highest demands with high transverse load-bearing capacities. It is ideally suited, for example, for anchor plates with slotted holes, beam anchorages, facade substructures with slotted holes, timber structures and tie rods.
- The bolt anchor is suitable for push-in and push-through installation.
- The FAZ II Plus HBS Wedge Anchors with the extra large enclosed washer in accordance with timber construction standard DIN 1052 ensure even better force transmission when fastening e.g. sleepers and beams.
- The FAZ II Plus can be set even more easily and quickly by eliminating the need for borehole cleaning. The proven expansion clip, which safely introduces the loads into the concrete, enables an immediately loadable, high load-bearing capacity even in dynamic applications.
- With the new ETA rating, the transverse load-bearing capacities are decisively increased, which means that fewer fastening points and anchors are required. The ETA rating, together with other test reports (RWS, ZTV, ETK), ensures high loads in case of fire.
- The FAZ II Plus (diameters M10 to M24) allows high seismic loads of performance category C1 and C2 to be accommodated with and without the use of the FFD backfill disc during installation.
- The FAZ II Plus outlasts an entire century, making it perfect for large, long-lasting construction projects (M10-M16). An external independent expert opinion confirms the service life of anchorages up to 120 years.
- Thanks to its variable anchoring depths, the FAZ II Plus enables millimeter-precise adaptation to loads.
