Product Description
- The Thermax spacer mounting system fixes heavy loads such as awnings, canopies, French balcony railings, air-conditioning units and satellite systems in concrete (cracked and non-cracked), aerated concrete, vertically perforated brick, lightweight concrete hollow block, perforated sand-lime brick, solid sand-lime brick and solid brick.
- The Thermax spacer mounting system offers a solution for mounting in the outer wall without thermal bridges in the ETICS.
- The system consists of a special anchor rod made of galvanized steel with a fiberglass-reinforced, self-milling plastic cone, threaded pins and anchor sleeves for fastening in perforated brick.
- In combination with FIS EM Plus, FIS V, FIS SB and FIS Green injection mortars, the system is approved for numerous building materials.
- The anchor rod with the fiberglass-reinforced cone self-cuts through the plaster into the insulation material.
- The anchor rod is anchored in the anchor sleeve with an injection mortar in the building material.
- The cone at the head of the anchor rod interrupts the thermal bridge and accommodates the threaded pin made of stainless steel for external fastening.
