Product Description
- The pressure reducer of the series 481 offers reliable protection of domestic water supply systems, commercial and industrial systems from excessive supply pressure.
- Pressure reducers are used when a certain pressure on the output side must not be exceeded in the pipe network despite different pressures on the inlet side.
- These pressure reducers are ideal for use in drinking water supply in accordance with DIN 1988, in service water supply in industrial and building technology, in snow-making systems, in fire extinguishing technology and sprinkler systems, in shipbuilding and offshore systems, as well as in secondary areas in the food, pharmaceutical and cosmetics industries.
- These robust pressure reducers in full metal design with screw connections have proven themselves particularly in harsh operating conditions in the industrial sector for a wide variety of, including aggressive media, and at fluctuating ambient temperatures.
- The materials of the pressure reducer of the series 481 are optimized for different water qualities and hot water applications.
- Thanks to the additional downstream pressure ranges of 0.5 to 2 bar and 5 to 15 bar, in addition to the standard setting range of 1 to 8 bar, the pressure reducer serves a wide range of applications.
- These pressure reducers are also optionally available with an internal thread.
