Product Description
- The safety valves of the 4020 Hygienic series are ideal for protecting processes, systems and containers in the food and pharmaceutical industries for neutral and non-neutral vapors, gases and liquids.
- This series is ideally suited for use in dairies, breweries and the beverage industry, in the food industry, cosmetics industry, as well as in medical technology and pharmaceutical industry and for clean service applications.
- The safety valves of the 4020 series are made entirely of stainless steel, in an angular shape and with a stainless steel spring.
- The valve impresses with its smooth, flawless surface quality that is optimally designed for cleaning.
- The design of the valve housing prevents puddles from forming after the valve has responded.
- The valve has a minimized dead space in the inlet area and there is no gap in the valve (gap-free installation of the seals in contact with the medium).
- A shaped membrane serves to separate the product area from the spring area.
- The safety valve has exposed and flushed O-ring seals.
- The pneumatic lifting means that the safety valves are CIP / SIP capable.
- The 4020 series safety valve has a standard surface roughness of Ra <0.8 μm (inside, product space) and Ra <1.6 µm (outside, not product space).
