Product Description
- The blind rivet screw is suitable for aluminum, steel or stainless steel, indoors or outdoors, with hard or soft material to be joined, critical hole diameters and tolerances.
- For difficult and demanding applications in an industrial environment.
- A PolyGrip® blind rivet has a large clamping range and can replace up to five different dimensions of DIN standard blind rivets.
- Excellent hole reveal - the rivet shank deforms radially during the setting process and thus compensates for drilling inaccuracies, center misalignments and differences in diameter to create a backlash-free and tight connection.
- Safe residual mandrel locking - PolyGrip® blind rivets do not cause any rattling noises due to released residual mandrels. There is also no risk of losing the residual mandrel.
- The PolyGrip® blind rivets are also splash-proof under certain conditions. If the aim is to prevent water from penetrating the connection, PolyGrip® blind rivets are an ideal choice.
- With their embedment properties and residual mandrel locking, they offer an economical alternative to closed blind rivets.
- Wide closing head ensures high tensile strength values and thus high security.
