- The pneumatic remote-controlled pressure regulator "multifix" is a versatile component that has been specially developed for compressed air systems where precise and remote-controlled pressure regulation is required.
- It is typically used in pneumatics or automation.
- The pneumatic remote-controlled pressure regulator "multifix" works with a maximum inlet pressure of up to 16 bar and is designed for connection to a control air system with a G 1/8 connection.
- The pressure is set via a separate pilot pressure regulator that directly controls the outlet pressure.
- The outlet pressure corresponds exactly to the pressure set on the pilot regulator, as the regulator operates with a transmission ratio of 1:1.
- This enables extremely precise pressure control, regardless of fluctuations in the inlet pressure.
- Both a standard pressure regulator and a precision pressure regulator can be used for control, depending on the specific requirements of the application.
- The diaphragm pressure regulator has a secondary venting system that provides additional safety by reliably relieving excess pressure.
- These features make the "multifix" pressure regulator particularly suitable for industrial applications in which precise and stable pressure control is crucial, and at the same time enable remote control, which considerably increases flexibility in the application.
