Product Description
- The PFERD POLINOX compact grinding wheel is ideal for processing smaller areas, e.g. Suitable in aircraft construction, metal and mold construction and in medical technology.
- POLINOX compact grinding wheels PNER consist of several highly compressed fleece layers that are bonded with a special grain-resin system.
- This special bond creates fleece products with a very good surface finish, high stock removal rate and a long service life.
- These properties are particularly evident when deburring, aligning, finishing and polishing soft metals, alloyed and high-alloy steels and titanium alloys.
- The wheels can also be adapted to the geometry of a special workpiece by dressing.
- For security reasons, the max. permissible speed are not exceeded.
- For best performance, use at a recommended cutting speed of 15–35 m / s.
