Product Description
- The NORMACLAMP® FBS spring band clamps are ideally suited for hose nozzle systems that are subject to strong temperature fluctuations due to their dynamic spring properties.
- They are predominantly used in machine and engine construction, in cooling and heating water circuits, fuel venting systems, air ducts and water and lye drain lines.
- The dynamic NORMACLAMP® FBS clamp provides an automatic post-tensioning effect for a long time after assembly. Even at low temperatures, this mechanism allows a sufficiently high radial clamping force, which ensures a very good sealing reliability. Even hoses that are subject to high temperature fluctuations or that tend to "flow" are securely connected to NORMACLAMP® FBS.
- Material - spring steel C 75 S
- Zinc-containing coating without chromium (VI)
- Nominal diameter - from 13 to 44 mm in different graduations
- Corrosion resistance in the salt spray test 720 h in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9227
