Product Description
  • The ladle is ideally suited for sampling liquids and viscous media as well as powders and granulates.
  • The disposable trowel is used in the pharmaceutical, chemical and cosmetic sectors as well as in the food and feed industry.
Application
  • The ladle has a smooth lower edge and rounded corners with which it is possible to reach every corner in the container or to pick up medium directly from the container bottom.
  • The long handle with finger notches enables a good grip and precise work.
  • The blue color of the ladle does not occur naturally in food, which is why the blue products, or parts of them, should they ever get into production, can be very quickly and easily recognized and found during visual inspection.
  • The use of blue tools thus helps to meet the requirements of the HACCP hazard analysis and assessment with regard to foreign bodies.
  • This is an important prerequisite, especially in food processing and food production, as well as in the feed and pharmaceutical industries.
  • The trowel is manufactured in a clean room (clean room class 7) and can be used within the framework of HACCP / IFS / BRC foreign body management.
  • The ladle is manufactured in accordance with EU food and FDA guidelines.
