- Thanks to their robust PFA construction, these knurled nuts are ideal for use in environments where high temperatures and aggressive chemicals prevail.
- The knurled nuts made of PFAPerfluoroalkoxy (PFA) are available in various sizes and are suitable for different hose diameters.
- PFA is a fluoroplastic that impresses with its high chemical resistance and has similar properties to PTFE, but is significantly stronger. This makes it particularly robust and temperature-resistant up to 200 °C.
- The M10x1.0 knurled nut is designed for hoses with a diameter of 4/6 mm and can withstand a maximum working pressure of 10 bar at 20 °C and 1 bar at 170 °C.
- Another variant, the knurled nut M14x1.5, is designed for hoses with a diameter of 6/8 mm and offers the same pressure and temperature resistance.
- Finally, the M16x1.5 knurled nut is suitable for hoses with a diameter of 8/10 mm and also has the same pressure resistance, making it a reliable component for demanding applications.
