Product Description
- The 120R series compressor offers the highest standards of reliability and quality, making it a versatile solution for demanding applications.
- It is ideal for applications where low-noise operation is essential.
- Thanks to its compact design and high efficiency, the 120R compressor is often used in areas such as medical technology, dental laboratories, scientific research facilities and the food and beverage industry.
- The compressor is also used in automation technology and precision instruments, where a constant, clean and oil-free compressed air supply is required.
- The Jun-Air compressor series 120R is very durable and is characterized by its quiet noise level, low vibrations and reliable performance.
- It operates oil-free and is designed from the ground up for 100 % duty cycle.
- The air quality class according to ISO 8573-1:2010 is 4-5-1 without adsorption dryer and 2-2-1 with adsorption dryer. It can be improved to 1-5-1 or 1-2-1 with an additional filter 0.01 μm.
- The oil-free compressor 120R is equipped with a corrosion-protected tank with shut-off and drain valve and is available in different versions, with adsorption dryer, sound-insulated, as well as sound-insulated and with adsorption dryer.
- The 120R compressor is designed for very high outputs and has excellent sound level values, which are further improved in the version with sound insulation.
- It is particularly safe to operate thanks to integrated thermal protection and a safety valve.
- It also has an unloader valve for easy compressor start-up, an air intake filter and 5 μm filter regulator with automatic condensate drainage as well as a pressure gauge for inlet and outlet pressure.
- The stated delivery capacities are approximate values; fluctuations of +/- 10 % may occur in standard production.
