Product Description
- The FID II Plus insulation anchor is ideal for fixing medium-heavy attachments such as letterboxes, wall boxes, parcel boxes, shutter brackets or satellite dishes to external thermal insulation composite systems. The insulation anchor offers universal use in all common ETICS structures.
- The FID II Plus insulation plug can be screwed in with pinpoint accuracy thanks to the combined centering, milling and cutting function of the plug tip. The combination of the small head diameter with the underhead milling pockets of the plug enables a perfectly concealed and flush setting pattern. The special tip geometry enables fast installation, as the plug screws through plaster thicknesses of up to 10 mm without pre-drilling. Pre-drilling is recommended from 10 mm thick plaster layers.
- The FID II Plus has a TX40 drive, making it easy to set with a standard TX 40 bit. The FID II can be used flexibly with standard screws from 4.5 to 6.0 mm in diameter. The plug is made of glass fiber reinforced plastic, which ensures maximum stability.
- The loads can be significantly increased by the additional use of a chemical component, e.g. fischer Fill&Fix or fischer 1C PU foam.
