Product Description
- The grinding wheel is used in the areas of tool, mold and model making, in the automotive, aviation and aerospace industries as well as in engine, container and apparatus engineering
- It is suitable for use on all hard steel types
- Application
- Grinding wheel with high grinding performance and good service life
- The abrasive zirconium corundum has particularly good cutting performance with a grain size of 36 and 60 (in coarse grinding)
- Thanks to the COMBIDISC® process, it is easy to handle, offers a vibration-free run and does not have to be stuck or heat-released, which means that the tool can be changed quickly
- Thanks to the clamping system CD, the screw connection on the tool side has an internal thread and is compatible with the following systems: PSG, Power Lock Type II "turn on", SocAtt and Turn-On
- "PFERDERGONOMICS®" reduces vibrations, noise and dust during operation and improves work comfort
- Please note that for safety reasons the max. Permissible speed must not be exceeded
- The grinding wheel can be used with medium hard or hard COMBIDISC® grinding wheel holders (not included)
- For a long service life and constant grinding performance, please use a suitable grinding oil
- Material Abrasive - Zirconium corundum
