Product Description
- The grinding wheel is used in the areas of tool, mold, model making, in the automotive industry, as well as in engine, container and apparatus construction
- due to the abrasive, it is particularly suitable for the aircraft industry, since here usually only the abrasive silicon carbide is allowed for the machining of drive parts
- It is suitable for machining non-ferrous metals, high-alloy steel, fiber-reinforced plastics and especially titanium
- Grinding wheel with the abrasive silicon carbide approved for drive components
- Thanks to the COMBIDISC® process, it is easy to use, offers vibration-free running and does not have to be glued or loosened by heat, which means that the tool can be changed quickly
- The CD clamping system has an internal thread on the tool side and is compatible with the following systems: PSG, Power Lock Type II "turn on", SocAtt and Turn-On
- "PFERDERGONOMICS®" reduces vibrations, noise and dust during use and improves working comfort
- please note that for safety reasons the max. permissible speed must not be exceeded
- for a long service life and consistent grinding performance please use a suitable grinding oil
- Material abrasive - silicon carbide
