Product Description
- the grinding pin is suitable for surface processing, fine grinding of edges, transitions, press dies and turbine blades, as well as surface grinding of workpieces made of unhardened steel, stainless steel and titanium
- it is used in conjunction with flexible shafts, electric and pneumatic straight grinders
- the grinding pin has a soft and at the same time stable bond (GHR) on an elastomer basis
- A mixture of normal corundum and silicon carbide was used as the abrasive; for grain size 400 this consists of silicon carbide and white high-grade corundum
- the sanding pattern is particularly shiny and fine
- at a cutting speed of 20 to 25 m / s, the best results are achieved with the grinding pencil
- for safety reasons, the max. permissible speed must not be exceeded
- Material abrasive - normal corundum / silicon carbide, noble corundum / silicon carbide
- Binding - GHR
