Product Description
- The grinding pin is suitable for fine grinding hardened press and forging dies and weld seams as well as for pre-grinding as a preliminary step for polishing in the field of turbine and engine construction on steel, stainless steel, titanium, light and non-ferrous metals in the area
- it is used in conjunction with flexible shafts, electric and pneumatic straight grinders.
- The abrasive pencil has a very hard and stable bond made of normal corundum and a textile fabric insert, the grain bond is very stable, which increases the aggressiveness of the grinding behavior. The sanding pattern created is matt and fine, with a cutting speed of 20 to 30 m / s the best results are achieved with the sanding pencil.
- For safety reasons, the max. permissible speed must not be exceeded.
