Product Description
- The abrasive fleece is suitable for machining small surfaces made of stainless steel (INOX) or titanium
- With a diameter of 150 mm, it is suitable, in addition to reworking on grinding blocks, e.g. Of surgical instruments
- The abrasive fleece was developed for use on straight grinders and bending shafts
- Application
- The abrasive nonwoven consists of a multilayer and strongly pressed nonwoven material and is bonded with a grain-resin system
- Thanks to the binding system, it has a high removal rate and a good service life
- The abrasive consists of corundum or silicon carbide and is available in different grain sizes and designs
- "PFERDERGONOMICS®" reduces vibrations, noise and dust during operation and improves work comfort
- The 150 mm diameter sanding web has an adapter for reducing the drill diameter from 25.4 to 20 mm
- At a cutting speed of 15 to 35 m / s it develops its best performance
- For safety reasons the max. Permissible speed can not be exceeded
- Material abrasive - corundum or silicon carbide
- Suitable for - stainless steel (INOX), titanium
- Dimensions (D x D) - 25 x 25 to 150 x 25 mm
- Drilling diameter - 6 or 25.4 mm
