Product Description
- the fiber disc will i.a. Use in the aircraft industry, since for the processing of driving parts z.T. only SiC approved abrasives are allowed
- the disk is also suitable for the processing of weld seams, deburring of parts and the fine grinding of steel and stainless steel, the removal of rolling and casting skin and for general machining of aluminum, copper, bronze, titanium and special titanium alloys and fiber-reinforced plastics
- Application
- the fiber disc is characterized by a uniform scratch pattern, a very high removal rate, high flexibility and excellent grain adhesion
- thanks to the COMIBCLICK® system, the disc can be clamped quickly and securely locked at its tool, the support plate is not included
- by "PFERDERGONOMICS®" the vibration, noise and dust will be reduced with the use and improve the working comfort
- "PFERDEFFICIENCY" stands for increased productivity and tool life, saving time, energy and waste disposal costs are reduced
- Please note that for safety reasons the max. permissible speed must not be exceeded
- for a long service life and constant grinding performance, use an appropriate grinding oil
