Product Description
- The fibre grinding disc is used in the fields of tools, molds, modeling, automotive, aerospace, and engine, container and apparatus engineering
- It is suitable for surface and edge grinding on materials which are poorly heat-conducting, such as stainless steel (INOX), Hastelloy®, Inconel®, titanium and aluminum castings
- Small disc with reinforced back
- Abrasive additives in the abrasive ceramic grain provide for a cooler grinding, prevent the clogging and ensure an increased removal rate
- Thanks to the COMBIDISC® process, it is easy to handle, offers a vibration-free run and does not have to be stuck or heat-released, which means that the tool can be changed quickly
- Thanks to the clamping system CDR, the screw connection on the tool side has an external thread and is compatible with the following systems: Roloc ™, Lockit, Speed Lok TR, Power Lock Type III, Fastlock System B and Roll-On
- "PFERDERGONOMICS®" reduces vibrations, noise and dust during operation and improves work comfort
- Please note that for safety reasons the max. Permissible speed must not be exceeded
- For a long service life and constant grinding performance, please use a suitable grinding oil
- Material Abrasives - ceramic grain COOL
- Suitable for - stainless steel (INOX), Hastelloy®, Inconel®, titanium, cast aluminum
- Diameter - 50 or 75 mm
