Product Description
- The dump truck is best suited for the disposal of waste, bulk material and leftovers from production with metal, wood and plastic. It is mobile and additionally suitable for forklift operation.
- The tilting process is triggered manually.
- The dump truck has a tiltable trough made of 2 mm thick sheet steel. The rim is folded twice at the top, and the dumping edge is folded twice. The trough is welded oil-tight.
- The base frame consists of 3 mm thick edge profiles with integrated forklift pockets.
- The tipper has a step plate, anti-tip device and pipe push handle.
- The dump truck is equipped with two swivel and two fixed castors with TPE tires. The swivel castors are equipped with a TOTALSTOP central braking system as standard, in accordance with the European standard EN 1757-3 (safety of platform trucks). The casters have hubs with deep groove ball bearings, for smooth running.
- The dump truck is equipped with a drain cock with a sieve for separating liquids and solids.
- A tipping container or self-tipper is recommended for emptying with a forklift or for heavy loading.
