Product Description
- The diamond file is suitable for processing materials such as thermosetting plastics with glass or carbon fiber reinforcement, ferrite, glass, graphite, gray and nodular cast iron, technical ceramics, wear-resistant coatings, and the like.
- It is used especially in the field of precision mechanics and allows working on the smallest profiles
- Diamond file with round, triangular or square, flat stump, bird tongue or beret profile
- They can be used without a booklet by means of the forged shaft
- For the filing, little pressure has to be exerted with this high-quality inhibiting file
- PFERDERGONOMICS® "HapticFilter" increases work comfort
- In order to ensure a long life, the manufacturer recommends cleaning with petroleum or antistatic plastic cleaner with a file brush or alternatively ultrasonic cleaning
- Fat-free working is also recommended
