Product Description
- The diamond corrugated files are suitable for processing materials such as thermosetting plastics with glass or carbon fiber reinforcement, ferrite, glass, graphite, gray and nodular cast iron, technical ceramics, wear-resistant coatings, and the like.
- It is used especially in the field of tool and machine production in order to process difficult-to-access points and complex geometries
- Application
- The diamond riffing file is equipped with a flat stump, triangular, square, round or bird tongue profile and is available in different gauges
- For the filing, little pressure has to be applied with this high-quality corrugation file
- In order to ensure a long service life of the diamond corrugated files, the manufacturer recommends cleaning with petroleum or antistatic plastic cleaner with a file brush or alternatively ultrasonic cleaning
- Fat-free working is also recommended
- Material - diamond, synthetic
- Length - 150 mm
- Cover length - 25 mm
- Cross section with occupancy - 2.5 mm to 3.8 to 1.6 mm
