Product Description
  • The concrete screw UltraCut FBS II is approved for concrete C20/25 to C50/60, cracked and non-cracked, fastening in prestressed concrete hollow slabs C30/37 to C50/60 for use as multiple fastening of non-load-bearing systems, masonry brick Mz (EN771-1), sand-lime solid brick KS (EN771-2) as well as sand-lime perforated brick KSL (EN771-2). It is also suitable for use in concrete C12/15, masonry with dense structure as well as solid building materials.
  • The UltraCut FBS II is used, for example, for pipe trays, single pipe suspensions, suspended mounting rails, hollow prestressed concrete ceilings, cable trays and perforated belts.
  • It is ideal for fixing pipes, rails, ventilation ducts and equipment for building services.
Application
  • The UltraCut FBS II concrete screw is made of galvanized steel. Due to the different head shapes, the UltraCut offers maximum flexibility and optimum adaptation to a wide range of applications. The special head geometry of the UltraCut allows easy installation of the attachment with a socket (SW10).
  • When mounted vertically in ceilings and floors, no borehole cleaning is required.
  • When the concrete screw is screwed into the drilled hole with an impact screwdriver, the thread flanks cut themselves positively into the concrete and thus ensure maximum load-bearing capacity. In the case of multiple fastening, the low drilling effort ensures considerable time savings. Thanks to the European Technical Assessment for cracked and non-cracked concrete as well as for seismic loads and fire suitability for fire resistance class R 120, the concrete screw guarantees an additional plus in safety.
  • The concrete screw with hexagonal head with pressed-on washer and bottom head fluting prevents unintentional loosening of the concrete screw and thus ensures secure fastening. The version with lens head (Panhead) and large lens head (large Panhead) is ideal for a visually demanding installation.
  • The UltraCut FBS II concrete screw is now also available in bulk in a practical construction bucket.
