Product Description
- The blind rivet is suitable for steel construction, facade construction, shipbuilding, containers, truck production and passenger transport, trailers, trapezoidal sheet metal roof, etc.
- Even for curved application surfaces, e.g. on pipes, in beads and other unusually shaped application parts.
- The blind rivet has a large clamping area and is vibration-proof.
- Can be used on straight and curved application parts
- Waterproof with Neoprene® sealing washer
- Distribution of the clamping force over a large area
- Due to the shear zone overlap of the BULB-TITE® blind rivet mandrel in the application, very high shear forces can be achieved over the long term.
- The use of a special mouthpiece when processing the BULB-TITE® blind rivet forms a collar on the rivet head side that seals towards the rivet mandrel in order to prevent dirt and / or moisture from penetrating the application. The optionally available sealing washer offers additional protection under the closing head against moisture and moisture from below.
- The three large press tabs that are created optimally distribute the resulting clamping forces over a large area of the surface, so that even soft, thin, flexible and even brittle materials can be securely riveted without destroying them or damaging the surface.
