Product Description
- Anti-slip mat for the load safety for heavy loads and high loads in the heavy-duty area
- suitable for loads up to 1,500 t / m
- Two-layer anti-slip rubber granules bonded sandwich base and 3 mm thick vulcanized wear-protective layer
- Suitable for highest demands of securing loads, where heavy loads must be protected from abrasion or high stress (such as concrete blocks, pipes for gas pipelines, water transport) is present
- Certified by the Institute Fraunhofer IML, Dortmund and TUL-LOG Dresden
- Sliding friction coefficient μ = 0.9 with the friction partners € wooden pallet / used plywood platform
- Sliding friction coefficient μ = 0.7 with the friction partners U-profile black / used plywood platform
- Anti-slip mats reduce the risk of slipping of the load and reduce the required number of lashings strapping down
- The VDI Guideline 2700 ff. (load securing on road vehicles) requires qualities tested in the anti-slip mats
