Product Description
- The newly developed high-tear-resistant safety anti-slip mat - BLACK-CAT "Panther" is especially suitable for securing the load of heavy transport up to 85 tons, small vans and Sprinters, marine transport and aircraft. Ideal as a floor covering in the pickup truck and at work.
- Made of high-strength PES backing fabric and PVC foam special coating.
- Flexible, high-quality non-slip material (RHM) with very high sliding friction coefficient μ = 0.55 to 1.49 depending on weight and friction partners. Tested in laboratory tests by the Institute FLOG.
- Especially suitable for securing the load as a floor mat for Sprinter / vans and trucks / truck. Meets the requirements of the VDI Guideline 2700 ff.
- For virtually all goods in transit as a slip cover or pallet support or simply as indestructible trunk mat.
- Parked pallets with the handset or stapling "BLACK CAT" Anti-slip stand rock solid in the back!
- Certified heavy-duty use to 82.5 t
- After 100 test trials no significant signs of wear observed. Thousands of times used for almost all cargo.
- Easy cleaning through closed surface. Do not hold liquids.
- Also available with adhesive on one side adhesive coating from the aerospace and automotive industry!
- As a durable floor covering can be used with the advantages: anti-slip, joint-friendly, washable and passable with the truck.
- Lightweight and dimensionally accurate cutting with scissors or a knife.
- Packaging: rolls up to max. 1,600 mm wide, pads, strips, blanks, as required
- Thickness: 4.5 (+/- 0.4) mm
- Weight 2,000 g/m²
- Temperature resistance from -40° C to +120° C
- Melting temperature about 250° C autoignition temperature 350° C.
- Very good resistance to acids, alkalis, oil, gasoline and diesel.
- Manufactured in Germany, free of formaldehyde and toxic heavy metals such as lead or cadmium, free of silicone.
- Very good biological resistance, disposal in household garbage.
