Product Description
- The grinding cap is used in the areas of aircraft and turbine construction
- It is suitable for grinding and equalizing transitions at radii, for reworking turbine blades and for the machining of hard-to-reach places and drillings of the material stainless steel as well as high-strength nickel and cobalt base alloys
- Application
- Due to the special manufacturing process, the grinding cap has a high degree of dimensional accuracy and an excellent fine grinding
- They are particularly easy to change and guarantee a secure fit during use when using the appropriate carrier
- The abrasive ceramic grain with abrasive additives prevents clogging, despite the cooler grinding, a significantly increased removal rate is achieved
- At a cutting speed of 10 to 20 m / s, the grinding cap achieves its best performance
- For safety reasons the max. Permissible speed can not be exceeded
