Product Description
- This flexible hose is ideal for the high throughput of warm and abrasive powder, bulk material, granulate and for warm gases.
- The hose can be used in the plastics industry to convey granulates and powder, for example as a granulate conveyor, vacuum conveyor, suction conveyor, dosing system, shredder, mill, extruder, injection molding machine and for filling and emptying big bags.
- The AIRDUC® PUR 355 HT can be used in the blown film system for the supply of cooling air to the extrusion tool.
- When used with the offset printing machine, the hose is used to supply air.
- The high temperature hose is ideally suited for use in the textile industry and steam extraction, for example in connection with the steam iron, automatic steam iron or ironing press.
- The AIRDUC® PUR 355 HT is ideal as a raw material conveying hose for powder, granules, sand, quartz, gravel, shards and chips.
- Other options for using the high-temperature hose are as a compressor / compressor, as a side channel compressor, vacuum pump, pressure pump and pump.
- The AIRDUC® PUR 355 HT is highly abrasion resistant.
- The high temperature hose is very heat resistant (better than comparable TPE and neoprene).
- The hose has increased pressure and vacuum resistance.
- The AIRDUC® PUR 355 HT impresses with its good resistance to oil, petrol and chemicals, as well as very good flexibility at low temperatures.
- The hose is manufactured according to DIN 26057 Type 3, and RoHS compliant.
- Material hose - AIRDUC® profile hose
- Wall material - patented special premium high-temperature polyurethane HT-PUR (Pre-PUR®)
- Spring steel wire firmly embedded in the wall
- Wall thickness - approx. 1.4 - 1.5 mm
