Product Description
- The super-heavy AIRDUC® PUR 356 EC PU suction and delivery hose is ideally suited for high throughputs of extremely abrasive solids such as sand, gravel, grain, shards and stones, even in potentially explosive areas.
- The suction and delivery hose is mainly used in glassworks, port facilities, steelworks, quarries, shipyards, cement works, mines and is also used for ventilation and methane gas extraction.
- The super-heavy-duty suction and delivery hose is smooth on the inside, extremely abrasion-resistant thanks to targeted reinforcement under the wire and a small hose pitch.
- The hose is kink-proof, very robust and flexible and impresses with its extremely small bending radii and very high resistance to pressure, vacuum and crushing.
- AIRDUC® PUR 356 EC has good resistance to oil, petrol and chemicals and is extremely flexible at low temperatures.
- In accordance with TRGS 727 and ATEX 2014/34/EU (1999/92/EC), the hose is suitable for pneumatic transport of combustible dusts and bulk materials (zones 20, 21, 22 inside), for aspiration of combustible dusts (zone 22 inside), for conveying flammable liquids (inside zones 0, 1, 2), for conveying non-flammable liquids(zone 22 inside), for conveying flammable liquids (inside zone 0, 1, 2), for conveying non-flammable liquids, for use in zones 1 and 2 (gases), for use in zone 0 (gases).
- Design - electrically conductive, super heavy, black
- Wall material - electrically conductive premium ether polyurethane (Pre-PUR®) - volume resistance and surface resistance
- Spiral - spring steel wire firmly cast into the wall
- Inner Ø - 38 to 100 mm
- Outer Ø - 49 to 113 mm
- Wall thickness - approx. 2.0 to 2.5 mm - Reinforcement at primary wear zones
