Product Description
- To set a workpiece zero points and length measurements on milling and EDM machines (insulated probe tip) and for centering and averaging of holes and shafts.
- The clamping shank has a diameter of 10 mm and can be used on machines with ISO 30 or with small HSK spindles.
- Even large workpieces can by shortened housing which protrudes only slightly from the spindle, are measured.
- Zero Master analogous HAIMER
- Smallest 3D probe in the world, for installation in the spindle or the countersunk head, the spindle axis is positioned exactly at work or device edges. The approach direction is arbitrary (X-, Y-, Z-axis). The size of the Zero Master is adapted to small machines. The small analog dial gauge always deflects in the same direction and indicates the distance between the spindle axis and the workpiece edge to. As soon as the display shows zero, the spindle axis is immediately, without long Try without invoice, unsigned problems precisely at the workpiece edge. This reduces the additional costs, increases productivity and accuracy of the operator.
