- The ANILOXMATIC wash tank is a robust stainless steel machine that offers high cleaning efficiency, saves water and resources and is easy to operate and maintain.
- The washing process is divided into two phases: First, a heated cleaning agent is used, followed by a second phase in which a high-pressure heated water jet cleans the cells intensively.
- By heating and filtering the cleaning medium, an even stronger cleaning power is achieved, while at the same time the shelf life of the chemicals is extended.
- The closed-loop system for filtering the rinse water helps to significantly reduce water consumption, which is both environmentally friendly and cost-saving.
- In addition, the ANILOXMATIC ensures final drying of the anilox cylinders and sleeves by using compressed air to remove residues of cleaning fluids.
- All relevant parameters for the washing and drying process can be conveniently set via the digital control panel, allowing precise adjustment to the respective requirements.
