Product Description
  • The thermoplastic hose TP-R8-Z is ideally suited for high-pressure use with mineral and hydraulic oils, media based on phosphate esters and for gas applications (non-combustible gases, oxygen and liquid gas).
Application
  • The outer cover of the hose is made of pricked, black polyurethane, the inner core is a seamlessly extruded polyester tube. Aramid or Kevlar fibers serve as pressure carriers.
  • The hose exceeds the requirements of SAE 100 R8 and enables precise control of the hydraulics at maximum working pressure thanks to its high pulse resistance and low expansion. The material shows only slight signs of fatigue over the entire temperature range.
  • The abrasion-resistant hose offers high weather and age resistance.
