Product Description
- Wherever high and varied demands are placed on a parts cleaning system, TURBO 800 is the efficient combination of manual cleaning using a pass-through brush and automatic cleaning as in a hot water parts washer.
- Manual cleaning in the TURBO 800 washing system makes it possible to effectively clean complex part geometries that cannot be cleaned satisfactorily in the automatic mode of a normal parts washer.
- In this way, a wide range of cleaning requirements can be optimally implemented.
- Made of solid V2A stainless steel, the TURBO 800 parts washer is equipped with two independent pumps, one for manual parts washing and another for automatic cleaning operation.
- Thanks to the driven rotating basket and the high spray pressure, the cleaning medium has an optimum effect on the items to be cleaned.
- Two gauntlet gloves and a large viewing window are integrated in the lid to monitor the manual or automatic work processes in the illuminated interior.
- An ergonomic hand spray gun can be used with either a cleaning brush or a Vario cleaning nozzle using a quick-release fastener.
- The cleaning nozzle can either generate a spot jet to remove dirt from hard-to-reach areas or an area jet to clean smooth surfaces.
- Quick drying with compressed air is then possible.
- A suitable working temperature for most applications in the range of 40 °C to 55 °C is preset at the factory and can be changed by arrangement if required.
- For easy loading and unloading, the mesh basket can be rotated using a touch button when not in use.
- The stainless steel basket can be extended to a load capacity of 1000 kg if required.
- To ensure the safety of the operating personnel, automatic cleaning operation is only possible if the manual cleaning interventions are firmly closed.
- At the same time, a safety circuit prevents the pumps from operating when the cover is open.
- Optimum cleaning performance is achieved with the Bio-Circle cleaners CB 100, Ultra F, Turbo, STAR and ALUSTAR developed for this system, among others.
