Product Description
- The suction hose is suitable for the food, pharmaceutical and paper industries, as well as agriculture.
- The hose can be used for conveying extremely abrasive bulk material, dry and frozen foodstuffs, dirty water, exhaust air and for emptying silos.
- The super-heavy-duty suction hose is highly abrasion-resistant, odorless and tasteless, and resistant to microbes and hydrolysis thanks to targeted reinforcement under the wire.
- The hose has very high vacuum, pressure and peak pressure resistance and good resistance to petrol, oil and chemicals.
- The suction hose is food-safe according to: FDA 21 CFR 177.2600 and 178.2010 and is approved in accordance with EU Regulation 10/2011 (food simulant E) and EC 1935/2004.
- Wall - ermanent-antistatic premium ether polyurethane (Pre-PUR®)
- Spiral - stainless steel wire
- Temperature range - approx. - 40 °C to approx. + 90 °C, briefly up to approx. + 125 °C
- Wall thickness - approx. 2.0 - 2.5 mm
- according to DIN 26057 Type 4
- Manufacturing process according to GMP EC 2023/2006
- RoHS compliant
