- The EV125 automatic solvent distillator from Ciemme offers an innovative solution for the efficient recovery and reuse of very large quantities of solvents in industrial processes.
- The EVOLUTION series is particularly suitable for companies that use large quantities of solvents, such as in the printing, painting and coating industries, as well as in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Thanks to its ATEX 2G certification, the distiller is approved for use in potentially explosive atmospheres in ATEX Zone 1.
- The advanced, automatic distillers in the EVOLUTION series are characterized by their high performance and user-friendliness. They enable companies to reduce the cost of disposal and the purchase of new solvents by up to 90 % by recycling and reusing the solvents.

- The reduced storage volume and increased operational autonomy thanks to on-site solvent recycling also ensure greater flexibility and independence.
- The distillation parameters can be set via a PLC panel. The distillation cycle is now fully automatic. The charging pump is started automatically to fill the evaporation tank, once this is completely full, the pump stops automatically to start heating. The distilled solvent is automatically drained into the integrated drum. At the end of the cycle, a cooling cycle is performed to automatically drain the residue at a preset temperature.
