Product Description
  • The set is suitable for determining the density of liquids and solids with a density of â¤/⥠1 in conjunction with the Kern analytical balance ALS/ALJ, ABS/ABJ, AES/AEJ, ABT and AET.
  • The set is used in the fields of materials analysis, in the determination of porous materials and in prepackage inspection.
Application
  • The set consists of a weighing plate, beaker, platform, sample holder and sinker, counterbalance weights (3 pairs), adapters (3 pcs.) and an immersion basket for sinking solids and for floating solids.
  • Also included is a hexagon socket wrench and screws for mounting on the scale.
  • The density is determined according to the buoyancy method and is characterized by high accuracy.
  • The wire of the diving basket meets the requirement of DIN EN ISO 1183-1 standard.
