Product Description
- the flap wheel is used in the areas of tool, mold, apparatus and container construction
- it is suitable for machining hard and tough materials such as titanium and titanium alloys as well as copper and bronze, non-ferrous and light metals
- can be used with flexible shafts and electric grinders as well as with pneumatic straight grinders
- highly flexible flap disc with high material removal due to the aggressive abrasive silicon carbide
- Workpiece surfaces are processed evenly and without residue, the sanding pattern is particularly fine
- thanks to the flat casting core design, the grinder can work particularly closely on angles and edges on the face side
- pFERDERGONOMICS®" reduces vibration, noise and dust generation during use and improves working comfort
- for a long service life and consistent sanding performance, please use a suitable sanding oil
- the flap disc is available as an ISO 3919-compliant abrasive
- for safety reasons, the max. recommended speed must not be exceeded. Speed must not be exceeded, the clamping length must be at least 15 mm
