Product Description
- The DC20 diaphragm pump is compatible with numerous chemicals.
- Well suited for acids and alkalis.
- The DC20 is an air operated double diaphragm pump for metering and transferring a variety of fluids.
- The diaphragm pump is suitable for OEM applications and industrial processes with lower flow rates.
- The air motor with unbalanced control valve requires lower starting pressure, which allows more accurate flow adjustment by means of air pressure regulation. The motor (pneumatic directional control valve and air chamber covers) is made of polypropylene.
- The pump's wetted materials are suitable for the most aggressive fluids and use in corrosive environments.
- Fully groundable pumps with ATEX certification are available for use in hazardous areas (Ex II2 GD IIB/ IIC 95 ˚C).
- Recommended use:
- Water-based liquids and adhesives, diluted alkalis and acids, alcohols and water-based coatings.
