Product Description
- The DV-5325SS retractable valve dispenses medium-viscosity to high-viscosity media such as sealants, epoxy, adhesives, solder paste, silicones, oil, grease or lubricants very precisely. Thanks to its compact design, the valve can be used in automatic lines and in confined spaces.
- The DV-5325SS retraction valve is made of stainless steel. It is pneumatically controlled and the retraction stroke can be set using an adjusting screw. The exact media cut-off is achieved by the retraction effect. In the rest position, the retraction valve is closed; it is opened with the control air. The material retraction function can be set on the valve. During the opening process, the valve tappet unit moves downwards, allowing material to flow via the material inlet to the material outlet. The valve closes using spring force; auxiliary air can also be used for faster closing. If moisture-sensitive material is dispensed, a small oiler can be used to create a moisture barrier.
