Product Description
- With the removal system for solvents, ultra-pure liquids can be filled quickly and easily.
- The withdrawal system guarantees a safe and precise filling of various solvents in the laboratory and industrial sector.
- This transportable removal system enables flexible working.
- The extraction system consists of a barrel pump and a pressure control unit that can be suspended, which adjusts the inlet pressure and offers additional security against misuse.
- A pressure gauge provides a visual check of the inlet pressure.
- The barrel pump has a flexible discharge hose, which enables the solvent to be filled into containers that are further away to be safely filled and dosed precisely.
- The extraction system has a barrel screw connection for steel barrels with an R 2 "thread as well as a thread adapter - adaptable for standard containers.
- An overpressure is created in the container by means of compressed gas (compressed air or nitrogen), which pumps the liquid out of the container.
- Operation using pressurized gas has the advantage that the user can easily remove large quantities, with both hands free to fill up the solvent.
- This means that even dangerous media, such as acetone, ethanol, methanol, etc., can be safely filled and precisely dosed using the drain cock.
- If it is used with oxygen-sensitive or extremely pure media, operation with inert gas (e.g. nitrogen) is possible.
- The barrel screw connection and the shut-off cocks hermetically seal the barrel and pump, which prevents solvent-based vapors from escaping after filling and thus protects the health of the user and the environment.
- The pump can be easily attached to the container using a barrel screw connection.
- The compressed air or nitrogen connection (3 to 10 bar) can be made via a mobile or a stationary compressed air supply.
- The extraction system is supplied including a transport stand, grounding cable for the pressure control unit, connection hose, key and adapter for pressure supply.
- The device is suitable for UN containers and barrels (test pressure at least 150 kpa) and meets the requirements of the Pressure Equipment Directive 2014/68 / EU.
- Material wetted parts - stainless steel (1.4301) and PTFE
- Immersion depth - 95 cm
- Area of application - for barrels up to approx. 220 l
- Delivery rate - approx. 10 l / min.
- Pressure supply adapter (G 1/4 ") - 1x coupling plug NW 7.2 mm, 1x hose nozzle for inner Ø 6 mm, 1 x hose nozzle for inner Ø 8 mm
