Product Description
- With the removal system for solvents, ultra-pure liquids can be filled quickly and easily.
- The withdrawal system guarantees a safe and precise filling of various solvents in the laboratory and industrial sector.
- The system consists of a barrel pump with a fixed discharge elbow and a hanging pressure control unit that adjusts the inlet pressure and offers additional security against misuse.
- The infinitely adjustable immersion tube of the drum pump can be adapted to the respective container.
- The pump can easily be attached to the container using a barrel screw connection.
- A pressure gauge enables visual control of the inlet pressure.
- The device has a barrel screw connection for steel barrels with an R 2 "thread and is equipped with thread adapters and can therefore be adapted to standard containers.
- The compressed air or nitrogen connection (3 to 10 bar) is made via a mobile or stationary compressed air supply.
- Using compressed gas (compressed air or nitrogen), an overpressure is generated in the container, which pumps the liquid out of the container.
- Thanks to the operation via compressed gas, the user can easily remove large quantities and has both hands free to fill up the solvent.
- With the withdrawal system, even dangerous media such as acetone, ethanol, methanol etc. can be safely filled and dosed precisely via the drain cock.
- Operation with inert gas (e.g. nitrogen) is possible when using oxygen-sensitive or extremely pure media.
- The barrel screw connection and the shut-off cocks hermetically seal the barrel and pump, so that no solvent-based vapors can escape after filling - this protects the health of the user and the environment.
- The transportable removal system ensures flexible work and offers flexible connection options.
- The extraction system is supplied including a transport stand, grounding cable for the pressure control unit, connection hose, key and adapter for pressure supply.
- The device is suitable for UN containers and barrels (test pressure at least 150 kpa) and meets the requirements of the Pressure Equipment Directive 2014/68 / EU.
- Material wetted parts - stainless steel (1.4301) and PTFE
- Delivery rate - approx. 10 l / min.
