Product Description
- These quick-release couplings are widely used in various branches of industry, including pneumatics, mechanical and plant engineering, measurement and control technology, the manufacturing industry, medical technology, the chemical and pharmaceutical industries, automotive, food technology and aviation technology.
- They are ideal for systems that require a reliable and secure connection, especially in environments where frequent coupling and uncoupling is required.
- The quick-release couplings NW 5 are available in two versions, which differ in their hose widths: Nozzle LW 6 and Nozzle LW 9.
- Both versions are shut-off on both sides and are made of bright brass (MS), which makes them highly resistant and durable.
- In both cases, the operating pressure is between 0 and 35 bar, and they are designed for a temperature range of -20°C to 100°C, both for the medium and for the environment.
- Both the coupling and the locking nipple are fitted with a valve.
- When coupling, both valves open automatically to ensure the flow of the medium.
- When uncoupling, the valves close to prevent the medium from escaping.
