Product Description
  • The quick-fix set can be used alternatively for the SÖHNGEN® wall-mounted folding couches.
Application
  • The 4 cotter pins with brackets on the chain are suitable for quicker fixing of the foot frames of the wall folding couches.
  • The assembly instructions for SÖHNGEN® wall-mounted folding couches, as amended, apply in principle to point 3. ASSEMBLY Assembly instructions for SÖHNGEN® medical couches with tubular steel frame: Foot frame
  • The foot sections of the couch are screwed to the support frame of the couch surface at one point each at the factory; please make the second screw connection yourself after unfolding the foot sections.
  • As an alternative to the screws with wing nuts used to fix the foot sections, the quick-fix set can be used.
  • Use the two cotter pins with brackets on the shorter chain for the headboard and the two cotter pins with brackets on the longer chain are for the footboard.
  • To unfold the foot sections, unscrew the wing nut from the respective screw with serrated lock washer and pull the screw completely out of the support frame.
  • Now unfold the two feet as far as they will go and insert the split pins through the hole in the support frame and the T-piece.
  • Secure everything by flipping the shackle, the chains remain unfixed for the time being.
  • Continue to follow the assembly instructions for the SÖHNGEN® wall-mounted folding couches.
  • After successful assembly of the wall folding couches, you can fasten the chains available at the split pins with brackets on the underside of the couch surface with the U-nails in each case at the head and foot part, so they are ready to hand and cannot get lost.
  • Observe the fixing position in relation to chain length with the couch upright and the foot or head section folded up.
