Product Description
- Primer (foundation) by for example concrete and asphalt pavements
- is the solidification of the substrate and to improve the adhesion of self-adhesive pavement marking tape
- Primer is applied by lamb's wool roller or brush to the road
- Drying time is about 10 - 30 minutes (depending on temperature)
- after the dry season road film is simply rolled onto the ground
- Basis - synthetic rubber
- Solvent - methylene chloride
- Density - about 1.25 g/cm³
- Solids content - about 16%
- Viscosity - 4 mm DIN cup about 15 seconds
- Identification - Classification required according to GefStoffV containing methylene chloride
- Application temperature - +5° C to max. +65° C
- Consumption - about 200 - 300 g/m²
- Shelf life - at 20° C for about 1 year, or a cool place
- Packaging - tinplate cans with 7 kg content
