Product Description
- The pressure blasting device enables fast and powerful blasting and is ideal for frequent use.
- Pressure blasting is considerably more effective than injector blasting, which means that the coking can be removed more quickly. However, the air consumption is higher than with injector blasting devices. In addition, the accumulation of dust increases due to the higher impact speed of the blasting material. In addition, as with other pressure blasting devices, walnut shells can no longer be used.
- With low pressure and very fine blasting material, continuous blasting can be carried out for up to 25 minutes, with high pressure and coarse blasting material, however, only a few minutes.
- The scope of delivery includes a chassis with two large wheels, a handle, a manometer, a moisture release valve, a pressure relief valve, a compressed air blasting hose with a length of 3.5 m, a quick coupling on the blasting hose, a massive opening regulator on the lance and the accessory set "Set3B", consisting of an adapter ring to slide onto the jet lances, a steel adapter, a plastic attachment to hold the large point nozzle and brush, a small and a large round nozzle made of rubber, a brush attachment, a lance 150 mm long, a connector between the lance and jet lance and two jet lances.
- The inner diameter of the small, conically cut round nozzle can be enlarged by cutting the nozzle lengthwise.
