Product Description
- The pressure blasting cabin ECO-80P is ideal for blast cleaning, rust removal, deburring, hardening, lapping, descaling and roughening of surfaces and is used for light to medium loads in industry.
- The stable, fully welded construction is equipped with a pressure jet system mounted on the cabin funnel and a free-standing cartridge filter.
- The cabin is loaded through the front door, which swings upwards, from the front or from above by means of a crane.
- The scope of delivery includes the blasting cabin with pressure blasting device, NTC-5 tungsten carbide blasting nozzle, 1/2 inch blasting hose, lined blasting gloves RGS-600, a pneumatic pilot valve, remote control by foot-operated valve, air filter with drain valve, the freestanding cartridge filter DC-370 for dust separation, filter cartridge and suction hose.
- The filter cartridge is cleaned manually by opening and closing the ball valve in bursts; the cartridge can also be lifted out of the housing and cleaned externally.
- The blasting cabin complies with all regulations regarding operational safety and the cleaning of technical air and is ready for use ex works
