Product Description
- Pressure intensifier / booster up to max. 2600 l/min
- The pressure booster increases the inlet pressure to the value set on the attached control valve
- The outlet pressure can be max. 4 or 2 times the inlet pressure, but not more than 20 bar.
- For example, you have a single consumer (clamping cylinder etc.) that is to be operated at a higher pressure than your mains pressure
- For example, if your mains pressure is approx. 8 bar, you can use our pressure intensifier to operate the cylinder with a working pressure of approx. 16 bar
- High energy savings and no electrical energy required directly at the consumer
- You do not need to pretension your entire compressed air network higher for one consumer
- Function: The compressed air flows from the inlet side through 2 non-return valves into the booster chambers A and B and via the regulator and control valve into the actuator chambers A and B
- The pressure in booster chamber A and drive chamber B moves the double piston to the left, compressing the compressed air in booster chamber B and guiding it to the outlet (high pressure) via non-return valve 4
- After piston B has reached its dead centre, it switches the control valve so that actuator chamber B is vented and actuator chamber A is aerated.
- The process now runs in the opposite direction.
