Product Description
- The PCB 200-3-2023e precision balance is ideal for use in the laboratory thanks to its wide range of Industrie 4.0 applications.
- Compact laboratory balance with freely programmable weighing unit.
- The PRE-TARE function allows manual pre-drawing of a known container weight.
- Piece counting is possible as well as the determination of the weight values of the recipe ingredients.
- Weighing with tolerance range (checkweighing), a visual and acoustic signal supports portioning, dosing or sorting.
- Underfloor weighing with a hook is also possible.
- A ring-shaped draft shield is standard on models with weighing plate size A, ∅ 82 mm, weighing chamber ∅×H 90×40 mm.
- The scale is compatible with school-specific software solutions such as Vernier® or LabQuest®.
- Using the KERN School Protocol, weighing data can be transferred to a PC, laptop etc. via the USB data interface for evaluation and visualization as part of technical experiments.
- The integrated KERN Universal Port (KUP) allows the connection of external KUP interface adapters, such as RS-232, USB, Bluetooth, WLAN or Ethernet. The advantage is that the KUP interface adapters are simply plugged in, i.e. retrofitting of interfaces is conveniently possible without opening the scale housing or complicated installation.
- The interface adapters allow convenient transfer of weighing data to networks, PCs, smartphones, tablets, laptops, printers, etc.
- Furthermore, control commands and data inputs can also be sent to the scale via the connected devices.
- A special anti-shock system between the load plate and load cell reduces vibrations during weighing for faster and safer weighing results.
- Adjustment with an external weight is possible, recommended adjustment weight 200 g (F1).
- A protective hood is included in the scope of delivery.
