The panel clamp is used as a laying aid when clamping and positioning large, even heavier components with a smooth surface such as B. artificial stone, ceramic, granite, Corian®, plastic, sheet metal and glass are used.

Application

The panel tensioner has vacuum pumps with a control function.
The required negative pressure is generated with just a few pumping movements - for maximum vacuum and maximum horizontal clamping force of up to 1,200 N.
The vacuum can be checked at any time using a marking ring on the pump plunger and pumped back to the maximum again.
By simply pressing the release button, the vacuum disappears and the plate tensioner can be removed quickly.
To quickly adjust the distance, simply loosen the screws and slide the vacuum cups over the guide rails into the desired position.
The rails made of tried-and-tested BESSEY all-steel, which are guided in anodized aluminum profiles, hold the suction pads exactly in one plane, even with high clamping forces, which guarantees precise work.
