Product Description
- Nobelair® AS is specially designed for compressed air supply, for extreme use and/or use in a risk environment, for example at compressed air stations for pneumatic tools, for small compressors or as an air hose for paint spraying.
- The PVC hose Nobelair® AS is used in the automotive industry, construction industry, mechanical engineering, compressed air industry, wood industry, as well as in assembly companies and repair/car workshops.
- Nobelair® AS is a high quality hose that combines ease of use with the ability to work in extreme conditions.
- The hose consists of three-layer thermoplastic and is reinforced with a fabric insert made of polyester fibers with high tear resistance.
- This hose is very thick-walled and can therefore withstand constant pressure loads.
- Due to its flexible and antistatic construction, the product is suitable for extreme conditions.
- Thanks to its great flexibility, the hose is suitable for long-term continuous use.
- The hose cover protects against contact with aggressive media such as oil, grease, hydrocarbons and paint.
- Thanks to its uniform braiding, Nobelair® AS hose has excellent dimensional stability.
- The hose core is smooth and electrically conductive.
- The processing material of the hose core has a direct addition of carbon, which allows Nobelair® AS to dissipate electrostatic voltages and thus ensures additional safety when used in flammable environments.
